My Story
Growing up, my dad worked in finance, and I spent many childhood days in his office. I never questioned whether I belonged in that world, until I realized how many women were raised to feel like they didn't.
I spent years in the corporate world, first training and working as a CPA, then moving into senior finance leadership for a Fortune 100 company. I was good at it. But my true purpose found me when a friend asked, "Lynda, will you coach me?" I said yes, and it changed everything.
I saw up close how financial uncertainty holds women back, not just in business, but in life. How the stress of not knowing your numbers quietly erodes your confidence and your choices.
Here's something most people don't realize: there's a difference between a tax accountant and a financial accountant. A tax accountant focuses on compliance, your returns, your filings, your obligations to the IRS. A financial accountant looks at the health and direction of your business. I come from the financial side, which means my focus has always been on helping businesses run better, not just stay compliant.
Today I help women entrepreneurs take control of their finances so they can build thriving, profitable businesses and pay themselves what they're worth. What I have is what I want for you, too.
My Approach
Money confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you learn.
If you’re like many women entrepreneurs I’ve worked with, you might feel overwhelmed, like you should have it all figured out by now. But the truth is, no one taught us how to manage money in a way that feels straightforward and doable.
And the way you think about money shapes everything, from how you run your business to how you handle your personal finances. When you start treating your money like a CEO (strategic, not reactive), you gain the confidence to make choices from a place of power, not panic.
That confidence starts with understanding your numbers. Not just as figures on a spreadsheet, but as the story of your business and personal financial health. And that story should be one where you get paid first.
Here’s how I help you own your money
I’ll help you face your financial fears head-on. So you can grow your profits without sacrificing your well-being or your values. Because at the end of the day, you deserve to be well-compensated for your hard work and expertise.
